1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup of sucanat or brown sugar
1/4 cup of rapadura or white sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars. Add remaining ingredients. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
