Menu Plan #3 - Jan. 16 - 22
We are now headed into the third week of our challenge. We are going strong. So exciting and we're already seeing the positive affects it's having already. Thanks so much for following along and holding us accountable. It is MUCH appreciated!
Monday - 1/16/12
ground beef tacos, homemade re-fried beans, homemade Spanish rice, salad
Tuesday - 1/17/12
slow cooker chicken and dumplings, green beans
Wednesday - 1/18/12
re-runs
Thursday - 1/19/12
shredded barbecue beef, potato skins, peas
Friday - 1/20/12
pizza, fruit/veggie tray
Saturday - 1/21/12
chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, homemade white gravy, green beans
Sunday - 1/22/12
potato soup, deli meat sandwiches
